Waxwing banquet II by Yanagi-no-Yume Waxwing banquet II by Yanagi-no-Yume
I really should stay away from the Internet while in school. But who cares, right now my brain can't really do anything useful any more XD

So, more pretty birds :la:

Stayed very still for a long time near the tree with berries XD I think eventually the birds decided I was a strangely-shaped part of the scenery or something, so they ignored me XD

Ah patience. I should learn this. But on the other hand mushrooms can't fly away... :D

Haha, yes :D And mushrooms normally are found only during warm seasons, so even if you need patience to get the camera settings right, your fingers aren't freezing off XD

Professional photographers can stay in small huts for days while waiting for the right bird or wild animal. That's dedication o.o But then, their photos can be worth quite a lot, so guess it's worth it!

Well, I can find mushrooms during all seasons. Today I was outside (around 0 degree Celsius) and found some. But I can make the shot imediately and put my fingers back in my jacket.

Well, I already have 10-15 cm of snow here, so even if there are any mushrooms under all that, I probably won't be able to find them XD Well except for those big ones that grow on old trees.
